How padel coaches take bookings without an app

Most coaches run the same system: a student writes "Friday at three?", the coach checks the calendar between lessons, answers hours later, and by then Friday at three has gone to someone else. The fix is not an app the student has to install. It is one link the student opens in any browser that shows only your free times, with your rules built in. What a booking link has to do for a coach: 1. Show free times only. Everything already in your calendar (private lessons, court hours, the school run) must count as busy. So the calendar you already keep has to be readable by the link, not replaced by it. 2. Ask new students to join once. You decide who books alone; until then a request reaches you as a yes or no. 3. Apply your cancellation rule by itself: a cutoff (24 hours is common), one free late cancellation per package, then the lesson counts. Nobody argues by text. 4. Confirm on the student's own channel: Telegram, a push notification, or an email with a calendar invitation that updates itself if the time moves. 5. Keep money out of it. Your PromptPay QR or payment link is enough. A booking tool that takes a commission changes the relationship with your students. 6. Give students one place to see their next lesson and their package, so "how many do I have left" answers itself.
