How to book a padel lesson without the back-and-forth
How do I book a padel lesson with my coach without messaging back and forth?
Most padel lessons are still booked by message: "Friday at three?" "Let me check" and then nothing, because the coach is on court. The fix is a book the coach keeps once and students read themselves.
On Kicksmash a coach's page (kicksma.sh/c/their-handle) shows the free times inside their hours for the next two weeks. Once the coach has accepted you as a student, you tap a time and it is booked; a taken time can be waited for, and the first in line gets it for thirty minutes when it frees. A time outside the coach's hours becomes a request the coach answers yes or no with one tap. Cancelling follows the coach's own rule, shown in plain words: before the cutoff the lesson goes back on your package; later, a free pass covers it once. If you use Telegram, the same works by writing to @kicksmash_bot: "fri 15" books, "cancel fri" cancels, "left" shows your package. Your assistant can do it too, through the public API.
