Claim a club page

For the people who run the club. It takes a minute; we check each claim once, usually within a day.

The first ten clubs in each city that claim their page become founding clubs: board and poster, club ranking, website embed and free courts on the page stay free for good, and they get a direct line to what we build next. We ask for honest feedback and a poster by the courts.
