The deal is simple, so the terms are short.
Who we are
Kicksmash, Phuket, Thailand. When you use Kicksmash, you agree to these terms. Questions go through the feedback form.
It is free
Kicksmash costs nothing to use. No account, no password, no card.
Courts and money are yours
Organisers book their own courts and settle the money with their players. A coach and a student agree their own prices and payments. Kicksmash takes no part in a booking or a payment, and cannot refund one.
Play at your own risk
Padel is a sport: warm up, and mind the glass. You play at your own risk. Kicksmash is not responsible for an injury, a lost racket or anything else that happens on or off the court.
Play fair
Be kind, turn up, and enter the true score. We may remove content or accounts that are abusive, fake or against the law, without warning.
No warranty
The app comes as it is, with no warranty. We work to keep it running and right, but a link can break or a reminder can come late. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for what follows from that.
Thai law
These terms follow the law of Thailand. When we change them, the date below changes too.
